Tuition Rates

Picture
Tuition rates for the next academic year are reviewed and approved by the JCCNS Board each spring. For current rates, please contact our Registrar at registrar@jccnursery.org

Invoicing

Monthly tuition invoices are emailed by the Treasurer in the first week of the preceding month. Payment is due by 3rd Wednesday of the month, unless another date is specified in advance. Tuition is paid by cash, personal check made out to 'JCCNS' or now via Google Pay, as a contactless way of tuition payment.

Overdue Accounts

There will be a $20 late fee for tuition that is turned in after the third Wednesday of the month it is due.   If a family has not paid their tuition, they will be disqualified for drop-in services until their account is up to date.  When tuition is 2 months overdue, they will be required to meet with the Treasurer and other board members to discuss a payment plan that works for both the family and the school.  They will be given two weeks to show that they are making an effort toward their plan.  If they do not show this effort, then the child will be suspended until tuition is paid in full.
